Lykke Kitchen Tools. A Family-Oriented Power Tool Series.
By analyzing Lykke Kaffegårdar’s café, products, packaging and brand values, I defined a design language based on additive and stacked geometry, tapered conical forms and expressive simplicity. This language guided the design of a series of three cordless, battery-driven kitchen tools, where I developed the exterior based on given techpacks.
Targeting families with younger children, I made active design decisions to create products suited for a playful, creative and spontaneous kitchen environment. A CMF strategy was derived from the design language and applied to ensure durable, approachable and coherent products aligned with both user needs and brand identity.
